Does DYNVOLT replace my CMMS?
No — we integrate with Maximo, SAP PM, Hippo, MaintainX, and CMMS via REST/Webhook. Tickets created from alerts carry full asset context.
How are alerts prioritized?
Severity scoring (Critical / High / Medium / Low) is automatic, based on MWh-at-risk, asset criticality, and rule confidence. Tunable per customer.
What rules ship out of the box?
Over 200 fault patterns covering inverter, string, combiner, transformer, BESS, tracker, and weather subsystems — calibrated against multi-GW historical data.
Can field techs use it on mobile?
Yes. The mobile work-order app runs offline, captures photo evidence, and signs off completion against the original alert.
